HOW TO USE
Recommended Usage Frequency:
For daily relaxation, use for 5–10 minutes on areas such as the neck, shoulders, arms, or calves. After workouts, massage for 15–20 minutes to help release lactic acid buildup. For mild fatigue, you can use it anytime, but limit each area to a maximum of 10 minutes.
1. Choose the right massage head: select the appropriate attachment for the body area you want to treat.
2. Power on and select intensity: start at a lower level and gradually find your most comfortable setting.
3. Massage along the muscle direction: maintain steady contact and glide slowly along the muscle line.
4. Avoid bone areas: use only on soft tissue and muscle regions.
5. Relax and breathe: take deep breaths during the massage to enhance its relaxing and restorative effects.
